Our process
Our specialized recruiting method affords us access to job seekers that are in the market for new or different opportunities. Most firms have access to only unemployed or "new" workers. Our network includes unemployed and "new" as well as skilled workers currently employed but are looking for new opportunities. This is the Hidden market that most employers want access to.
