Onyx Personnel Services was born out of the need to build deep meaningful relationships between job seekers, staffing firms, and employers. Our role is to represent and protector Employers as well as Job Seekers. We are passionate about serving in this capacity!

 

Our team is lead by Darnell Walker who has worked several years in the staffing industry. He has over 26 years in the IT field where he provided technical expertise and training. He has worked and contracted with industry leaders such as IBM, TVA, Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as the City of Chattanooga, Olin, and Center for Nonprofits and many others organizations. As an IT Trainer, Veterans Employment Representative and Branch Manager for a staffing company, he has developed a passion and expertise for connecting job seekers and veterans with opportunities. He also served Honorably in the U.S. Army and the Air National Guard and is a strong advocate for Veterans.
